The brand page isn't the channel anymore
Buyers research vendors on LinkedIn long before they fill out a form. They follow people. They trust people. Company pages barely get seen. Employee posts get the reach.
So you ask the team to post. Then the blank page shows up. Then the off-brand draft. Then the Slack reminder everyone ignores. Three weeks later the “advocacy program” is a graveyard of good intentions.
That's not a motivation problem. It's a friction problem. People will post when it's easy, on-brand, and actually a little fun.
